Shipping & Delivery

All purchased products will be available to download through your personal account portal. No products will be posted to you, all products should be downloaded from your account area that you access by logging in with your registered account details. Please login to your secure account area here.

The information we collect about you includes your name, address, phone number and email address. This allows us to contact you if there are any problems with your order and also to send you information about our products and services. To unsubscribe from this service please contact us at support@mylessonplanning.com. All online transactions are performed through eWAY and ANZ eGate™ payment gateway, or via Paypal. We do not hold, store or otherwise keep your credit/debit card details. Only your contact details and delivery address are retained. All payments you make on our site are protected and secure, with no human intervention at all.

Refunds

Since Mylessonplanning.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honoured. Sample products are available for evaluation purpose at our free sample templates section. Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software. We don't guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications. All of our lesson ideas kits can be opened and printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Ordering

When placing an order, please include the following information: Contact name, e-mail address and billing address. You may not disclose any order information including, but not limited to, Order ID, download link, etc. Our company reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

When placing your order you will be given the choice of how to pay. You can pay with either Mastercard or Visa credit cards. We make every effort to ensure our prices are correct, however sometimes errors happen. Where an item is priced incorrectly, we reserve the right to withdraw that item from sale (for 24hrs) and relist at the correct price. All the prices on www.mylessonplanning.com are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), and include GST at the prevailing rate. Sometimes we will put certain products on promotion. This means that for a limited time or under certain conditions the price will be reduced. Once the promotion period has ended or the offer has been removed, the prices will return to to the previous selling price.
